  • While it is too soon to know what health and safety protocols will be necessary when your voyage sets sail in October 2024, promoting health and safety is a top priority. Disney Cruise Line is resuming sailing in a gradual, phased approach that emphasizes multiple layers of health and safety measures, developed in consideration of guidance from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other medical experts. Learn more about Disney Cruise Line’s approach to promoting health and well-being by visiting Disney's Health and Safety Page.

  • ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you wish to protect your investment, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.  We've teamed up with Travel Insured to offer two levels of insurance: a standard insurance policy and a 50% Cancel for Any Reason add-on policy.

    • Travel Insured's standard policy will reimburse cancellations at 100% of monies paid for covered cancellation reasons.
    • Travel Insured's Cancel For Any Reason add-on policy will reimburse up to 50% of monies paid when cancelling for any reason not covered by the standard policy when cancelled at least 48 hours prior to sailing.

To review both insurance coverage policy details, please click here. If you have cruise insurance and need to cancel for a covered condition, you can make a claim with Travel Insured to recover any lost payments.

See the Ticketing Contract for full details.

Please note - Should the event itself be canceled you will have the option of receiving a refund of your cruise cost or a credit towards a future TCM Classic Cruise.

  • Remember, at time of booking, you acknowledged that the laws that regulate the necessary travel documentation are subject to change and that it is your responsibility to be aware of what is required for travel.

View the latest information from Disney at https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/faq/ships-cruises/required-documents/.  Below are recommendations based on the current U.S. government policy. This information could be updated without notice.

Please note that the name on your ticket must match the name on your passport or you will need to provide an original copy of proof of change of name (marriage license, etc).

    U.S. Citizens

Sixthman highly recommends all guests travel with a passport valid for at least six months beyond completion of travel. Although a passport is not required for U.S. citizens taking cruises that begin & end in the same U.S. port, traveling with a passport enhances your disembarkation experience, as delays may be expected upon your return to the U.S. if you do not have one. Additionally, passports make it easier for you to fly from the U.S. to a foreign port should you miss your scheduled port of embarkation, or need to fly back to the U.S. for emergency reasons. If you do not have a passport you can use an original or state certified copy of a Birth Certificate as listed below.

The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) allows U.S. citizens (including children) sailing on cruises that begin and end in the same U.S. port to travel with one of the following WHTI compliant document:

    • Valid U.S. Passport
    • Passport Card
    • Enhanced Driver's License (EDL)
    • Original or state certified copy of a Birth Certificate PLUS a government-issued photo ID*
    • Certificate of Naturalization PLUS a government-issued photo ID*

*A government-issued photo ID is also required for all guests, including children 16 and over. For more information, a complete list of WHTI-compliant documents or to obtain a passport application, visit www.travel.state.gov.

For more information or to obtain a passport application, visit here

    Non-U.S. Citizens

All guests must carry a valid passport, and if necessary, a multiple entry visa is required for entry into the United States (i.e. B-2 Visitors Visa), or a visa waiver. Please be sure to check with the proper agencies and authorities (such as your local immigration office) before you sail because we can't board you without the proper documents. Travelers from the 38 Visa Waiver Program (VWP) countries* must have a machine-readable passport to enter the U.S. without a visa. All VWP travelers are required to obtain an electronic travel authorization prior to boarding a carrier to travel by air or sea to the U.S. under the VWP.

*ANDORRA, AUSTRALIA, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, BRUNEI, CHILE, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, HUNGARY, ICELAND, IRELAND, ITALY, JAPAN, LATVIA, LIECHTENSTEIN, LITHUANIA, LUXEMBOURG, MALTA, MONACO, NETHERLANDS, NEW ZEALAND, NORWAY, PORTUGAL, REP. OF KOREA , SAN MARINO, SINGAPORE, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, TAIWAN and UNITED KINGDOM.

If you are not a US Citizen and are uncertain that you have the correct documentation please call US Immigrations at 1-800-375-5283 to be sure your identification will be satisfactory.

Alien Residents of the United States holding an Alien Registration Card (ARC or "Green Card") (Form I-551) may travel to Canada, Mexico, Bermuda (see Visa Restrictions on Bermuda) and the Caribbean with just their valid ARC and Proof of Identity. However, it is recommended that these guests also carry their passports from their country of citizenship if available. In some instances, ARC holders may still be required to have sailing permits and/or visas to enter countries Norwegian Cruise Line visits in these areas. Please note that travel anywhere else in the world requires a valid passport from the country you are a citizen of and subsequently subjects you to any documentation, visa and health requirements of all countries visited.

What if I do not have proper identification?

There is no Jedi Mind Trick around this, you MUST have proper identification to be permitted to board the ship. If you arrive at port without proper identification, while Sixthman will assist you in contacting the appropriate agencies, we cannot guarantee that you can successfully attain proper identification from the port, and this may result in being denied boarding without compensation. And this makes us sad.

    Birth Certificates

    These are OK

State certified, U.S. Birth Certificates only, most of which say 'Certified Copy.' Photo copies are not valid. Color, size, layout and flowery-but-official-looking-border on certificate may vary from state to state.

    These are NOT OK

Do not bring your hospital certificate. If it says 'this is not a legal document.' Then it's not a legal document. We like you but we don't want to see your feet.

    Payment Schedule

  • Did you know that you could earn $100 of Onboard Credit by referring friends to join you on TCM Classic Cruise?!  We’re so happy to add new members to the Sixthman family that your friend will also get a $100 discount on their cabin!

    How it Works:

    Option 1:
Give the new guest your Sixthman Username. While booking, your friend must enter your Sixthman Username in the REFERRER field (located in “Step 3" of the booking pages) to receive the $100 discount.

    Option 2:
As the referrer, you can log into your Sixthman account, go to the Referrals section and select the event that you’d like to share with your friend. Enter your friend’s email address, add a personalized message, and click “Send Email”! They will receive an email telling them all about the discount, the festival, and how they can be a part of it.

    The Fine Print:

    • Cabins booked during the pre-sale period are not eligible for the referral program.
    • Referrals are not retroactive, thus cannot be added after the reservation has been made.
    • The program ends 30 days prior to sailing, September 26, 2024.
    • The referrer must either be currently booked or have sailed on a Sixthman event before.
    • All guests in the referred cabin must be new to Sixthman in order to be eligible for the $100 discount.*  Referrals apply to full cabins only; they do not apply to individual guests within a cabin.
    • Cabins booked by travel agents not eligible to participate in referral program.
    • Referral onboard credit will be reconciled 2 weeks prior to sailing and will appear on the referrer’s confirmation. Please contact Sixthman PRIOR to sailing if your referral does not appear on your confirmation

*If the new cabin adds an alumnus to the cabin at a later date, then the new cabin will not get the discount.  The referred cabin will no longer be eligible for the discount and the referrer will no longer receive onboard credit.

Not already booked on TCM Classic Cruise, but want to gift $100 to a friend?  If you are booked on a different Sixthman event or have sailed with Sixthman previously, you can still share the gift of a $100 discount and rack up mega friend points while you’re at it!  The same rules above apply, except you will not be eligible for an onboard credit.

  • Guests traveling by themselves in their own stateroom are responsible for the double-occupancy rate of the stateroom. Single occupancy staterooms will be charged Taxes and Fees for only one guest, and will receive a discount of $199.00 off the second cruise fare.

  • To make a payment, booked guests can login to their Sixthman account and click 'Make a Payment' next to their reservation.  Any named guest on a reservation can submit an online payment.

Payments can also be made via phone by calling Sixthman at 877-223-7030.

  • You may purchase travel protection while placing your reservation online or by calling Sixthman Guest Services at 1-877-223-7030 after your reservation has been placed. Travel protection is sold per person and based of the amount you'd like covered (minimum coverage is the per person cost of the cabin plus all taxes and fees). You may also call Sixthman to request additional coverage for other non-cruise travel, such as airfare and deposits on ground or hotel.

For a complete list of rates and coverage details please visit www.sixthman.net/protection. Please note that the CFAR benefit (CANCEL FOR ANY REASON) is in addition to the standard policy and allows a refund of up to 50% of the non-refundable Trip Cost for reservations that are canceled without a covered reason up until 48 hours prior to sailing. This benefit must be purchased within 21 days of trip purchase.

  • The Lead Guest on the reservation is responsible for making sure minimum payments are met.  However, each guest can log in (or call in) individually to make their own payment for their share of the cabin with their own credit card information.

When making the reservation, the Lead Guest can pay for only their portion of the minimum initial deposit, but the reservation must be brought current within 72 hours.  Within this time frame, other guests can make their initial payments. The Lead Guest is responsible for making sure the reservation is current within 72 hours or will risk cancellation.

  • Only Lead Guests can request to change or remove existing guests, or to upgrade to a higher priced category.  Downgrading your cabin to a cabin of lesser value is not allowed. The Lead Guest must request these changes by phone or email.

Because the Lead Guest owns the reservation, any changes to this guest are subject to a Lead Guest change fee of $299. No lead guest changes or transfers are permitted after July 29, 2024 OR once the event is on a waiting list, whichever comes first.

ALL names must be received by July 29, 2024.  Each reservation is allowed one free name change prior to July 29, 2024.  Additional changes prior to that date are subject to a $50 administrative fee per change.

Any changes, including adding unnamed guests made after July 29, 2024, but more than one week before the cruise are $75 per change. Any changes, including adding unnamed guests made within a week of the cruise are $100 per change.

  • If you are the lead guest with an existing reservation you can add a guest online.  First, your guest needs a Sixthman Username, and needs to give you permission to add them to your stateroom.

Provide your guest with your Sixthman Username, and have them create a Sixthman profile here, or login to their existing profile. In the Guest Permissions section have them add you to their Approved Lead Guests list.

Once they're done, you can login to your profile and they'll appear in Your Authorized Guests list.  Now, go to your current reservation and add them in the Personal Information section.

  • One week after missing a scheduled payment date, a late fee of $35 is added to the reservation.

Three weeks after missing a scheduled payment date, a final notice of impending cancellation is sent, and the reservation may be cancelled by Sixthman within 7 days.

If you are unable to make a payment as scheduled, please contact Sixthman PRIOR to the payment due date.  In extreme circumstances, alternate payment schedules may be arranged.  Alternate payment schedules are solely at the discretion of Sixthman.  Defaulting on alternate payment arrangements will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.
