TCM Classic Cruise

The TCM Classic Cruise will now set sail October 24-30, 2021 from Port Canaveral to Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Disney’s private island paradise, Castaway Cay. All guests currently booked on the 2020 TCM Classic Cruise received an email on Thursday, June 25th, detailing the transfer of their reservation to our 2021 sailing. If you did not receive this email or if you have additional questions, please read the detailed FAQ below or contact Sixthman at 1-877-223-7030.

 


FAQ

All guests booked on the 2020 cruise received an email on Thursday, June 25th with details on how to transfer to the 2021 sailing or request a refund. All lead passengers may now transfer your reservation with either of our 2 benefit options or cancel your reservation and request a refund until October 15th, 2020. If no response is submitted on your reservation by July 9th, it will be automatically transferred to the 2021 TCM Classic Cruise with an on-board credit benefit. Keep in mind that you will be able to change your selection through October 15th, 2020, should you change your mind.

If you opt for a refund and wish it to be expedited, please make your decision by July 9th and your refund will be processed within 45 days of July 9th. Refund requests made after July 9th will be processed in November.

The manual process for stateroom upgrades will begin after July 9th. The lead passenger in your stateroom will be contacted by a Sixthman guest services representative when it is time to make the new stateroom selection.  Upgrades will be processed in order of stateroom category starting with category 4A verandah staterooms. Within each category order will be determined by original booking date of the 2020 Cruise.  Most upgrades will be moved to the next available category (for example – interior to ocean view or ocean view to verandah), based on availability. If no upgrade is available we will transfer you to 2021 with the onboard credit option.

You will receive a confirmation email after July 9th which will show your 2021 reservation and reflect the Onboard credit you are eligible for (based on your room category). Onboard credit will be applied to each guest’s onboard account on the first day of the TCM Classic Cruise.  Despite the credit, all guests will need to enter a credit card during the check-in process. The credit card will only be charged after all onboard credit has been used.  Any unused onboard credit is not redeemable for a refund, credit or cash.

An onboard credit can be applied to purchases on the ship which would otherwise be added to your stateroom expenses.

For example, if you have a $700 onboard credit applied to your account, this means that these extra expenses you charge to your stateroom will automatically be deducted from your $700 onboard credit. After that, any expenses you accrue beyond that $700 credit will be your own expense to cover via cash or credit card.

So you can think of onboard credit as free money to spend as you wish while you are onboard The Disney Fantasy for the TCM Classic Cruise. Any unused onboard credit is not redeemable for a refund, credit or cash.

Here are some of the specific ways that you can use your onboard credit:

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Port Adventures booked through Disney Cruise Line
  • Shipboard Spa and Salons
  • Adult exclusive dining
  • Gift shop purchases, including TCM exclusive merchandise
  • Photo Purchase
  • Laundry services

The Lead Passenger may choose to transfer the entirety of the reservation and guests may work out payment reimbursement amongst each other for those that do not travel. Alternatively, the Lead Passenger of the reservation may choose a full refund, and guests that wish to travel may re-book at a later time as a brand new booking (pending availability). Lead Passengers must select one option for the entirety of the cabin.
